340g Jar Raw Honey

Local, raw, untreated honey from our hives across Bolton. This honey is simply cold filtered to remove any large bits of pollen and wax. It is not heated or pasteurised so it retains all its goodness and beneficial properties. Not suitable for children under 12 months. 

Our honey is made from the nectar and pollen of a various local flowers, trees and shrubs collected by our bees around Bolton. It is pure, raw honey. Nothing is added but the jar and a label, to keep all of the vital micronutrients that are present when we extract the honey from the hive.

It is extracted in small batches from hive to hive and and not blended together. The colour of our local honey will vary from Spring to Summer with the changing seasons and flowers our bees feed on, but predominantly it will be a rich, golden colour and taste fantastic! Our bees favourite forage includes: Willow, Blackberry, Clover, Bramble, Himalayan Balsam, Blackthorn, Hawthorn, Apple blossom, Pear blossom, Cherry blossom, Daisies, Willowherb and several other species of wildflower.
